This is the story of the water cycle.
We join the three droplets Plink, Plop and Splash on their adventurous journey with the water. From the steaming ocean, to water droplets in the clouds, they fall down like raindrops, and continue down the stream. Plink ends up in a child’s bucket, Plop and Splash set out on a journey to find their friend. How will they find each other again? It turns out they have a helper. The droplets continue their thrilling journey down the river, down the thundering waterfall that ends in a fjord, and finally they are back at the sea – where nature’s cycles are ready to repeat their entire adventure all over again.
This book has both a learning- and an entertainment aspect where children get to follow the learning about nature through personified drops.
